Rev. Hannah McIntyre
Pastor
Rev. Hannah McIntyre grew up in central Kentucky, finding her roots at Troy Presbyterian Church, where her faith and love for community first took shape. She discovered her call to ministry while serving on staff at Burnamwood Camp and Conference Center in Irvine, KY — a place where faith, fun, and fellowship came together in unforgettable ways.
After college, Hannah spent a year serving as an AmeriCorps VISTA in Burlington, Vermont, before taking the next step in her journey: seminary at Union Theological Seminary in New York City. While earning her Master of Divinity, she focused on New Testament studies with a particular interest in Revelation, and she also received a Master of Sacred Theology with a focus on Worship and the Arts. During this time, she gained hands-on pastoral experience as an intern at Hitchcock Presbyterian Church in Scarsdale, New York, where she cultivated her gifts for ministry and community building.
Following seminary, Hannah worked with the World Day of Prayer, International Committee, while discerning where God was calling her next. Her first pastoral call came to The Presbyterian Church of Danville, where she served as Associate Pastor for Youth and Families for nearly seven years, walking alongside young people and families in faith and life.
Today, at Pisgah Presbyterian Church, Hannah brings warmth, creativity, and joy to her ministry. She is passionate about crafting worship that inspires, fostering fellowship that connects, and nurturing spiritual growth that helps every person experience God’s love in meaningful ways
