Our 5th Annual Bluegrass Worship Service is this Sunday, June 8, featuring the Kentucky Bourbon Trailers, with a delicious potluck and dessert bake-off. Plus our highly anticipated cornhole tournament. And this year we have added a pickleball tournament too! Plan on bringing your favorite side dish. To enter the dessert bake-off, simply bring your dessert to the potluck and tell the person receiving it that you want it entered in the contest.

We will also be collecting the Pentecost offering during worship this Sunday. This offering is devoted to ministries that support our young people during their “first third of life,” the time from childhood through young adulthood. Forty percent of these funds will remain with our congregation to support ministries with children and youth in our church and local community.  Please make your check out to Pisgah Presbyterian Church and put Pentecost in the memo line. Thank you!

Our next Hope Lodge Dinner is Monday, June 16 at 6:00p.m. We will be preparing and serving a meal to the residents of Hope Lodge (cancer patients and their caregivers). If you would like to help prepare or serve part of this meal contact Lynn Davis at 859-873-4161.

The Pisgah College Scholarship application is posted on the church’s website at:  https://pisgahchurch.org/pisgah-scholarship-application/, and is due back to the Trustees by June 30. The scholarships will be awarded during worship on Sunday, July 27.
